As most of you are by now aware, I moved to Australia in late-2017. Having moved without a job, I am busy writing and preparing to get back into researching a couple of new project in due course. However, I am still trying to be active on the lecture scene, and I will be giving my first talk here in Australia in April.

On 6 April I will be talking to the Aviation Historical Society of Australia’s Queensland branch. I will be talking on the subject of ‘Whither Air Power Studies? A Personal Perspective.’ The talk forms part of my ongoing interest in the intellectual development of the discipline of air power studies and will include some reflections on my time as the Historian at the RAF Museum in the UK. I am looking forward to this lecture, and it is good to be slowly getting back in the saddle.

I am available to give lectures in a number of areas so if you are interested, then please get in contact.
