I posted a call for speakers here for the 2016 RAF Museum Research Programme. Well, I am pleased to announce that in 2016, the Museum will be expanding its Research Programme by adding a new Lunchtime Lecture series at our site in Cosford. This series, the Cold War Lunchtime Lectures, seeks to explore a variety of air power related issues from this period.
As such, for our 2016 Research Programme, the Museum is seeking proposals from students, early-career and established researchers for our three lecture series; The Trenchard Lecture in Air Power Studies, the First World War in the Air Lunchtime Lectures and the Cold War Lunctime Lectures.
The aim of each series is to examine air power in its broadest sense. As such, we welcome proposals that cover operational, political, social, cultural, legal, ethical and other aspects concerning the history of the RAF and air power more generally.
If you are interested in giving a lecture, please send a title, 300 word abstract of your proposed paper and a one-page CV to me at firstname.lastname@example.org by 13 November 2015.
